All product sent from SKYON LIMITED to its Australian clients is carried by FedEx with a delivery time of between five and ten days depending on the destination.
 
Returns Policy
 
Our Returns and Refund Policy is listed below. Please read this carefully before ordering from SKYON LIMITED.

Returning Product for Credit, Refund or Replacement

  • Please check the specifications and compatibility of the goods being ordered to ensure they are what you require.
  • SKYON LIMITED does not refund or credit for incorrect product choice. If, however, the refund is the result of our mistake, we will include the cost of return shipping in your refund.
  • Items being returned for credit MUST be in their original undamaged/unmarked packaging. NO credit is available for any freight paid.
  • It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. 
  • SKYON LIMITED accepts no responsibility for goods lost in transit. It is the clients’ responsibility to insure goods for return.
  • SKYON LIMITED will not accept goods returned as “Receiver Pays”.

General Conditions

  • SKYON LIMITED reserves the right to refuse any product returns that: 
     - Are incomplete or missing parts; or 
     - Are not returned in their original packaging; or
     - Show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging. 
  • If the client receives a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is, damaged in transit from SKYON LIMITED to the client – the client should:- 
    - Refuse to accept delivery of the product.
    - Direct the courier to "Return goods to sender" and
    - Notify our Customer Service staff immediately 
     
  • Events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for credit, return, repair or replacement.

     

Refund Policy

Refunds will be paid on return of the item or items for refund. (Refer to Returns Policy for conditions regarding product return). If the refund is the result of our mistake, we will include the cost of return shipping in the refund.
